صدر بمدينة رام الله بتاريخ 11/1/2004 — أقره المجلس التشريعي بتاريخ 28/5/2003. يستبدل «وزارة/وزير الاقتصاد الوطني» بـ«وزارة/وزير الصناعة» ويعدّل تشكيل مجلس إدارة المؤسسة. يوجد من هذا القانون ثلاث نسخ في المجلد المصدر؛ أُدرجت النسخة القابلة للبحث النصي.
