Dispute resolution services
Arbitration, mediation and conciliation for commercial disputes: which suits which dispute, how long it takes, and how it starts.
The centre offers three main services, each with its own rules, periods and fees; they can be combined — mediation first, then arbitration if no settlement is reached.
