Commercial arbitration

Binding arbitration with a final award enforceable before the Palestinian courts, by a sole arbitrator or a three-member tribunal, under Arbitration Law No. 3 of 2000.

Arbitration begins with a request filed on the platform together with the arbitration agreement; the respondent is notified to answer within the set period, the tribunal is constituted, hearings are held and a reasoned award is issued within the agreed time.
