Apply for accreditation

The requirements for the centre's register of arbitrators, mediators and experts under its internal regulation, and how to apply.

We welcome applications from qualified legal, financial and technical practitioners. Applications are reviewed by the board and accepted against standards of competence and integrity.

A member of the legal profession or the judiciary, or a person of high professional expertise in arbitration, mediation or expert reporting (Article 14 of the internal regulation).

High ethical standing, good reputation and independence of judgement (Article 14 of the internal regulation).

An application on the centre's form, supported by the required documents, then the director's recommendation and final approval by the executive committee (Article 23 of the internal regulation).

Adherence to the rules of professional conduct issued by the executive committee (Article 15 of the internal regulation).
