النظام الذي يقوم عليه المركز نفسه، الصادر بقرار مجلس إدارة الغرفة بتاريخ 12/08/2025م في محضر الاجتماع رقم 07/2025، استناداً إلى القرار بقانون رقم (9) لسنة 2011 بشأن الغرف التجارية وقرار مجلس الوزراء رقم (2) لسنة 2013 وقانون التحكيم رقم (3) لسنة 2000م. يحدد التعاريف ونطاق التطبيق واستقلالية المركز وأهدافه واختصاصاته ومقره، وهيئاته: اللجنة التنفيذية وتشكيلها ومدة ولايتها، والمدير والموظفين المساعدين واللجان الفرعية.
