التعريف الرسمي بالمركز: مؤسسة مستقلة غير هادفة للربح أُنشئت تحت مظلة الغرفة بموجب رخصة وزارة العدل رقم (13/2020) بتاريخ 27/4/2020م ووفقاً لقانون التحكيم رقم (3) لسنة 2000م. يذكر الرؤية والرسالة والأهداف والخدمات والقيم، ويعدّد القواعد التي يعتمدها المركز في فض المنازعات: اللائحة الإجرائية الخاصة به، قانون التحكيم ولائحته التنفيذية رقم (39) لسنة 2004م، وقواعد الأونسيترال واتفاقية نيويورك.
